  • > Sit in your regular comfortable meditation position
  • > Make Jnana Mudra by touching thumb and index finger keeping remaining fingers straight
  • > Relax your shoulders and straighten back
  • > Keep your head balanced and chin tucked in
  • > Imagine a clear blue sky – imagine yourself by window and enjoying an unobstructed view of clear, clean and blue sky
  • > Inhale and exhale deeply with attention to the process
  • > Imagine joining yourself with the universe, feeling of oneness
  • > Meditate for about 20 minutes
