AUM Meditation


Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit in your regular comfortable yoga position
  • >  Bring both of your hands to face
  • >  Place the two middle fingers over your eyes
  • >  Let the index fingers rest on eyebrow line and little finger on the cheekbones
  • >  Use your thumbs to close your ears
  • >  Initiate a deep breath and exhale out with AUM
  • >  While chanting AUM emphasis on M trying to make a sound like bee
  • >  Repeat for three to five minutes
  • >  This not only opens sixth chakra but also alleviates tension in head
