Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit in your most comfortable meditation posture
  • >  Imagine a deep-indigo chakra rotating slowly at centre of your forehead
  • >  Imagine beam of indigo light radiating from ajna chakra to the lower five chakras in sequence of Vishuddha to Anahata to Manipura to Swadhishthana and finally to Muladhara Chakra
  • >  Fill the light filling up the entire body with radiant energy
  • >  Meditate for 20 to 3o minutes until all of the energy is filled in the body
