  • Imagine a clear blue sky – imagine yourself by window and enjoying an unobstructed view of clear, clean and blue sky
  • Inhale and exhale deeply with attention to the process
  • Imagine joining yourself with the universe, feeling of oneness
  • Meditate for about 20 minutes
