AUM Meditation

Meditation Steps

  • Sit in your regular comfortable yoga position
  • Bring both of your hands to face
  • Place the two middle fingers over your eyes
  • Let the index fingers rest on eyebrow line and little finger on the cheekbones
  • Use your thumbs to close your ears
  • Initiate a deep breath and exhale out with AUM
  • While chanting AUM emphasis on M trying to make a sound like bee
  • Repeat for three to five minutes
  • This not only opens sixth chakra but also alleviates tension in head
