  • Sit comfortably in your normal meditation posture
  • Make Prithvi Mudra by resting hands on knees and thighs and joining ring finger and thumb
  • Your back should be straight, all the vertebrae over the other
  • Relax shoulder, head balanced and chin tucked in slightly
  • Close your eyes
  • Feel being grounded by earth
  • You will feel firmness and stability
  • Do it daily for about 20 minutes
