LAM Meditation


Meditation Steps

  • Do some mild exercise, to become aware of the body
  • Then, stand with feet shoulder width apart
  • Bend knees slightly, push the pelvis bit forward and sink the weight forward
  • Breathe in and out for 3-5 minutes
  • After standing, sit cross-legged in quite place with flats of feet pointing upwards
  • Put wrist rest on knees softly, let tip of your thumb and index finger touch
  • Focus on the position of root chakra
  • Breathe slowly for few minutes
  • Quietly chant 'LAM'
