Meditation Steps

  • Place a lighted candle about 3 feet away at eye level in front of you
  • Meditate steadily by looking into the flame without blinking
  • Gaze for about a few moments
  • Close your eyes
  • Imagine the flame strengthening your chakra
  • Continue for few more minutes
  • Open your eyes to look at the flame again, this time for more than 2 minutes as long as it is comfortable
  • Close your eyes and this time see the flame in mind for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Eventually with each session increase the amount of time of gazing at candle
