1 - From squat position, plant palms shoulder-width and come to balls of feet.
2 - Open knees and bring knees as HIGH up on on the backs of your arms as possible.
3 - Lean forward, look forward, pick one foot up, then pick up the second foot while shifting forward. Draw navel in.
4 - Protect the wrists by resisting the tendency to let your elbows splay out.
5 - Squeeze the heels to the butt and look forward to protect your neck.
