1 - Begin in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose).
2 - Step right foot forward on an exhale and place it between hands.
3 - With right knee bent and aligned over ankle, lower left knee to floor, staying slightly forward of kneecap.
4 - Place left hand on floor, bend left knee to raise left foot off ground and reach back for left foot with right hand or a strap. Gently pull foot in toward buttocks.
5 - Remain in this pose for a few breaths, then release and repeat on the other side.
