1 - Lie on back and join the legs together.
2 - Relax the whole body into Shavasana position, corpse pose.
3 - Keep the palms flat on the ground and keep breathing normally.
4 - While exhaling, press the palms on floor and raise both legs upwards straight then try to touch floor just behind.
5 - Breathe slowly and hold posture for several minutes (1-2 minutes).
6 - Now slowly release the pose to return to Shavasana.
7 - Repeat this 3-5 times.
