Yoga Pose Steps

1 - Start lying on your back, bend knees and take feet in towards the body.

2 - Place hands beside the head with fingers pointed back towards body.

3 - Raise body up so that all that remains on the mat is hands and feet.

4 - Move chest forward if your shoulders are flexible. This will align the upper body and arms into the perfect bow shape.
