Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit comfortably in your normal meditation posture
  • >  Make Prithvi Mudra by resting hands on knees and thighs and joining ring finger and thumb
  • >  Your back should be straight, all the vertebrae over the other
  • >  Relax shoulder, head balanced and chin tucked in slightly
  • >  Close your eyes
  • >  Feel being grounded by earth
  • >  You will feel firmness and stability
  • >  Do it daily for about 20 minutes
