Meditation Steps

  • >  Do some mild exercise, to become aware of the body
  • >  Then, stand with feet shoulder width apart
  • >  Bend knees slightly, push the pelvis bit forward and sink the weight forward
  • >  Breathe in and out for 3-5 minutes
  • >  After standing, sit cross-legged in quite place with flats of feet pointing upwards
  • >  Put wrist rest on knees softly, let tip of your thumb and index finger touch
  • >  Focus on the position of root chakra
  • >  Breathe slowly for few minutes
  • >  Quietly chant 'LAM'
