Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit in your normal meditation posture comfortably
  • >  Imagine an orange svadhisthana chakra in lower abdomen below the navel
  • >  Visualize a circle of orange light radiating from your chakra and spreading in form of ripples across the rest of body
  • >  A sense of warmth will envelope the body, beginning from genital area and then emanating out
  • >  Let the sense of warmth envelope whole of body, and let go of yourself to feel like water
  • >  Continue for 20-30 minutes
