Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit in your regular comfortable yoga position
  • >  Imagine a ten petalled blue lotus rotating in clockwise manner
  • >  After imagining the rotation for few minutes, super impose the image with an inverted red triangle denoting strength and stamina
  • >  Chant the mantra, RAM (beej mantra for Manipura Chakra)
  • >  Meditate for about 20 to 3o minutes
