Meditation Steps
- > Sit comfortably, your posture straight, legs crossed and hand over thighs
- > Close your eyes
- > Concentrate all your attention on tip of your nose
- > Focus all your attention on nose and observe the air you are breathing in and out
- > Muladhara chakra corresponds to smell, hence, while meditating on the tip of nose; you align the root and bring balance in the root.
