  • >  Close your eyes and place your hand slightly above the belly button
  • >  Focus your mind on the problem and dilemma
  • >  You will notice that the third chakra reacts to your problem. You will feel nauseated or sunken in case your decision is wrong
  • >  If your choice is correct, you will feel lightness and even breathe easier
  • >  Practice it regularly; you can make assessment of all your choices and decisions. This is what in modern times is called as ‘gut feeling’
