Meditation Steps

  • >  Place a lighted candle about 3 feet away at eye level in front of you
  • >  Meditate steadily by looking into the flame without blinking
  • >  Gaze for about a few moments
  • >  Close your eyes
  • >  Imagine the flame strengthening your chakra
  • >  Continue for few more minutes
  • >  Open your eyes to look at the flame again, this time for more than 2 minutes as long as it is comfortable
  • >  Close your eyes and this time see the flame in mind for 8 to 10 minutes
  • >  Eventually with each session increase the amount of time of gazing at candle
