Meditation Steps

  • >  Sit in your comfortable meditation posture
  • >  Imagine an orange color lotus petal circle with crocodile holding a lotus between its mouth and crescent shaped moon in lower half of circle
  • >  Close your eyes partially and gaze circle of orange colored lotus clockwise
  • >  After few rotations, concentrate on the moon
  • >  Chant VAM sound and meditate
  • >  Meditate for 20-30 minutes
